AUTOMATIC REEL SILO

Reel Silo Solution

The automatic reel silo is an automatic warehouse used to store reels.
The reel silo is modular and can be designed according to the specifications and quantity of the reels and the on-site layout.
Supports Mixed storage of 7”, 13”, and 15”SMD reels, with a throughput capacity of 400~800 reels/hour.
If there are only 7”reels with a single depth storage, it can support  up to 600~1200 reels/hour
Compatible with skewer cart or AGV/AMR, customers can upgrade according to actual needs.

Inbound:
  • Reels need to be affixed with a unique code before storage.
  • Entrance always stores an empty skewer.
Outbound:
  • Reel outbound can be performed by system assigned tasks or manually operation.
  • Compatible with skewer cart or AGV /AMR, customers can upgrade according to actual needs.
Speed:
  • Single gripper stacker: 12 sec/reels
  • Double gripper stacker: 6 sec/reels
Storage bin type :
The single-deep storage (only 7” reels) silo can be equipped with a double-gripper stacker to store 2 reels at the same time, which is the most efficient! 

Double deep storage silo with single gripper stacker, capable of mixed storage of 7" & 13" & 15" reels.
